1. The Promoter. Konexa Group Pty Ltd (ABN 87 798 395 125), 324 Johnston Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067 ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion. The "Win Up To $20,000 in Joinery" project registration draw is a trade promotion conducted to promote the Promoter's goods and services. In Victoria, a permit is not required for trade promotion lotteries; the promotion is conducted under the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic) and applicable regulations.

3. Eligibility. Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 18 years and over who have a genuine upcoming joinery project. Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible. Entry is free.

4. Promotion period. Entries open at 9:00am AEST on [ENTRY OPEN DATE] and close at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 11 November 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

5. How to enter. Complete and submit the online registration form with all required details during the Promotion Period. One entry per project. The Promoter may verify the eligibility and genuineness of any entry and may disqualify incomplete, false or fraudulent entries.

6. The prize. One (1) prize of up to AUD $20,000 (inclusive of GST) in joinery supplied and installed by the Promoter, applied to the winner's registered project. If the value of the joinery required for the winner's project is less than $20,000, the prize is limited to the value of that joinery; any difference is not awarded and no cash alternative is available. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is subject to a critical site measure and verification. Total maximum prize pool: $20,000 (inc. GST).

7. The draw. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at the Promoter's showroom grand opening, 324 Johnston Street, Abbotsford VIC 3067, on Thursday 12 November 2026.

8. Winner notification & publication. The winner will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. As the prize exceeds $1,000, the winner's name will be published on the Promoter's website (konexagroup.com.au) for at least 28 days.

9. Prize claim & redraw. The prize (site measure and confirmed joinery works) must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of the draw, a redraw will be held on [REDRAW DATE], with the redraw winner notified and published on the same basis.

10. Privacy. Personal information collected is used only to conduct this promotion and, where consent is given, to contact you about your project and the Promoter's services. It is handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and is not used for any other purpose or disclosed to third parties except as required to administer the promotion.

11. General. The Promoter's decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or the prize. The Promoter may vary or cancel the promotion where necessary, subject to applicable law and any directions of the VGCCC. Records will be retained for three (3) years.

12. Not affiliated with social platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, LinkedIn or any other platform. Entrants release these platforms from any liability.
